I tried calling a couple of shops near me to remove and re-glue the acrylic to the frame and they would not touch it. Tried it myself with 3M windshield adhesive and the same area popped loose a few months later. I'm thinking of going with the "exchange service" with Corvette Central. https://www.corvettecentral.com/c4-84-96/tops/?count=18
Maybe ask about one for sale in the WTB section of the board.
That's how I bought mine. I got an extremely fair deal on it. Just had to meet the seller half way. It was only an hour drive. After a good polish and wax, it looks like new. Basically.

That 3M windshield adhesive won't cut it.
You need to use Betaseal U-418. Do NOT use U-418HV. That's the high viscosity stuff you'll break your caulk gun trying to use that stuff.
Hot Rod Roy, rest his soul, has a great tutorial that he put together on what to use and how to do it around here some place.
