doesnt really matter, there are going to be things to fix. just check the usual stuff, pressures temps etc.
one thing to try would be turn the power key on and open the car up to a 6700 shift. see if any issues. quite possibly there will be and it will be a fairly easy diy if you are handy but dont tell the vendor that.

**** that. The next owner of my ZR-1 can take it to red-line all he wants AFTER HE OWNS IT! Not before.
I don't test drive cars without the owner present, nor do my cars get test driven unless I'm in the right seat. If anything pops or goes wrong, we both know the circumstances under which the malfunction occurred.

i believe stock redline is 7072rpm.
Redline does not equal explode haha.
Perhaps the OP could ask the seller to take him for a drive and demonstrate the secondaries function? That was the purpose of the high rpm test i suggested. Many ZR-1’s have failing/weak/failed vac pumps which cause secondaries cease proper operation. That was the point of a high rpm test suggestion.
