I'm not sure about what all these things can do.

I'm wanting to be able to activate, from a stand still floor the gas, but the control box only allows a tuneable % of throttle response for .5 secs or so and then throttle jumps to 100% so I don't spin tires. Are delay boxes what I'm looking for?

This box was designed for a super gas or super comp car, to try to help racers hit an exact number. You won't have full throttle for a breif period of time. If you need traction, I would look at better tires.

I plan on doing several mods in the spring and tires are one of them. I'm wanting to switch to an 11" rear wheel. I just thought a control unit would help me get off the line quicker without spin.
