When the roads clear some I'll be taking it for a spin. All Iv'e done was fire it up in the garage so no test data yet. It will be track tested :yesnod: however not until spring.
Did you just install the Superram with the stock cam and heads? I'd be interested how this turns out since I also have an '88 and have been looking at getting a Supper ram since I need to remove the intake to fix a leak. You know the old story, since I have it off I might as well change it.
Yes, I'm going with stock heads and cam for now. You at least need headers to realy pick up anything substatial when adding a SR to an engine with stock heads/cam.
In my search I've read gains ranging from .3 to .5 in ET's from a SR/Headers on a stock Head/cam engine.
I'll find out for sure in the spring. I am also having a custom Prom burned by ski_down_it (Jesse) when I can did up a couple hundred bucks.
I checked out your site...that car is FAST with just the mods you have...holy COW. You should see some nice gains from the SR. Can't wait to hear how it does..
