Default abs brakes

I have been rebuilding my 89 for years now, I never drove it. It came with abs system and I found the forward harness missing a both rear sensors broken. The questions I have are the brakes going to work normally with all this missing and will I have any issues bleeding the brake system? And have all the power disconnected from the abs pump? Or would it be OK to replace all the brake lines and master cylinder with a system from a non-abs car?

If it's the same abs unit as in the 86, I believe the normal brakes will work just fine with the abs unpowered or if there's a fault light shown. Now missing the front sensors is another story, I don't know what would happen in that case.

As long as the RED brake light is not illuminated, you should have normal brake operation, just no ABS assist.
