I have a set of Harland sharp S1005 1.6 roller rockers I am going to install in my 1994. I know I need new rocker studs because these are 7/16 rockers. Are they threaded in with a shoulder on the stock ones? I see that is how the aftermarket ones are. I’m just looking for a “parts list” if you will before I get into the project so I don’t need to go find valve cover gaskets or go to put the valve covers on and they won’t clear the rockers. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you!
https://www.summitracing.com/parts/csp-s1005 these are the rockers I have. I see it doesn’t list the 94 LT1 in the application but wasn’t sure if that was because of the stock smaller rocker studs. These are new but are from a second party.

You can use them! You'll need 7/16" top and bottom srcew in studs, "real" guide plates (LT1 stock plates are not suitable) and hardened push rods. Stock lt1 came with self-aligning (SA) rocker arms, your Harland Sharp are non-self-aligning (NSA), thus the reason for guide plates and hardened push rods. You'll want to verify proper push rod length and also if the heads need to be machined down on the rocker arm stud bosses to account for thickness of guide plates and hardware. Be mindful of overall spring diameter and valve cover clearance as well. Do a web search, you'll find an abundance of information on this subject👍
