Within the past few days I’ve started to notice that there has been a, heaven forbid, a knocking sound. I’m not sure if it’s a rod knock because everything is fine besides just that sound, it’s just like a ticking, and I can hear it more from the right side of the engine.

Unfortunately modern phones with noise correction / cancel.
It's just shy of impossible to pin point.
I can hear a exhaust leak. I could slightly hear possible valvetrain.
The fans and intake noise recorded on a phone sound like a loud jet.
Try a cam corder. Or any older type of recorder Maybe record from the side. phone near the ground slightly under the car. We need sound. Video is not required.

Thank you, I’ll try to record some audio of it with something else.
Take the drive belt off the front of the engine and run it again. Check if the noise level changes. If not, you can rule out all the turning stuff on the front of the engine. If it goes away, start looking. Grasp the pulleys by hand and try and wiggle them, and spin them. Also, if you're still looking after that, try using a long screwdriver on various parts of the engine, and put the other end up against your ear. It acts like a stethoscope.
