92 no ck eng light
92 LT1 no start - cranks ok - no check engine light - has anyone ever swapped a 92 LT1 ecm from a known good car to verify a bad ecm - I installed my possible bad ecm in a buddy's car and it didnt start in his car as well - the fsm says the theft deterrent and PASS system is all in the CCM - so theoretically it should have worked in his car if it was good - btw i just bought this and the guy i bought it off of said he had the ecm replaced 2 times and still no start , i have already verified ecm powers and grounds and have verified the CEL circuit operates when grounding the wire at the ecm, also have verified serial data voltage on ecm connector - will a good ecm turn on the CEL if the CCM is disconnected?

i verified - no spark and no fuelpump operation - i did not try his ecm in my car - i just took my ecm to his house and plugged it into his car - looks like i will try to get an ecm.

So I sent my ECM out for repair and they just let me know the tests came back that the ECM is operating correctly with their memcal installed - where would anyone recommend getting a replacement memcal - my original is a BAFM - 92 auto with performance axle ratio.
