Default 91 CCM testing/ground/wiring question

Just purchased a 91 to restore. Guy who I bought it from told me the gauge cluster didn't work. When I got the car home and charged the battery I turned the ignition key on and it lit up. Started the car by the key and it fired up. Had it running for about 10 minutes then the gauges went back blank. Turn the key off and back on again and the cluster didn't turn on nor would it start. While I was looking around I found a toggle switch mounted on the radio bezel. Its a spring loaded momentary switch. When I pressed it the starter engaged. I turned the key to the run position and hit this switch and the car started up. So obviously the previous owner before the guy who I bought it from must have wired this switch in to get the car running. Since then the gauges hasn't came back on. So I traced the wiring with the schematic and pretty much everything that is controlled by the CCM isn't working. The gauges were repaired before by the previous owner. I'm trying to fine the main ground for the CCM. I ordered a factory service electrical manual but wanted to continue to check things out until it gets here. Any suggestions?

Got my FSM wiring book in so will post the trouble shooting pages along with the power and ground schematic for the next person that needs help in this area. With these schematics I was able to determine my CCM was indeed faulty.
