Default LT Intakes

I'm really confused and hoping someone can clarify. So I'm looking for Edelbrock part 7109 which is the LT4 Air Gap Intake. This part seems to be discontinued so I've been looking for a used one. I called Edelbrock just to see if they had any or are going to and was told that 7107 which is the LT1 intake is for both LT1 and LT4. How is this intake designed for both? The LT4 ports are a different angle and this will not line up. For years Edelbrock sold both the air gap LT1 and LT4 intake depending on what heads you were using, now they just have one available. Is this a new casting or something from the old LT1 Air Gap??

Angle is the same, just the slight height increase of the LT4 ports are the difference btw LT1 & LT4.
