What is this sensor located on the right side of the passenger head.

Are there more then one? I thought there was one in the front of the intake manifold.

The sensor on the intake is specifically for the ECU

The sensor on the RS head is specifically for the gauge.

If he's using the '85 under-hood harnesses that sensor is meant to be 'left' cylinder head between 1 & 3. That location is a coolant fan switch in '85 OR if equipped with AUX Cooling Fan then it would become AUX Fan switch.

Default Harness

Not sure what you mean about underhood harness. This car has one large radiator fan and iam pretty sure the heads are original 85 heads. Someone just used the L82 as a short block.

From an '85 FSM and also it happened to be on the same page the FSM shows this orientation for the OPS you asked about a few days ago. You finally got the '85 EDM I believe so you should find these in it also.
