This post discusses adding 1" spacers between the 2 frame brackets (With the bushings in them).
Im assuming the end links will still line-up appropriately.
I do have front adjustable heim joint end links - so that should give me some flexibility.
Im considering trying this (if everything else lines up) and seeing if there is handling benefit to doing so.
I already have the heavy, solid z07 front bar and polyurethane bushings.
Im also looking to see if someone makes a lighter , hollow style front bar, of the same diameter.
You mean spacing the frame brackets down by 1", right? The only geometry change would be that the swaybar arms would angle upwards toward the end links more (if you leave the end link length the same). This would be compounded if your car is riding lower. Probably not a big deal in terms of the actual anti-roll rate. If there's physical space to do it and you need for some kind of clearance reason, I don't see how it could hurt anything. Otherwise, there's no need to do this and it won't improve anything either.
