Default 1995 Electrical Problems

So, I have a 1995 coupe and it's been having electrical issues for months now. There was always a little problem, but it really kicked up after I fixed the window stopper. The car will start after sitting for one day but not two. I have replaced the battery, tested the alternator, not checked the starter but my friend who is very good with cars said the symptoms don't seem to be the starter, cleaned the battery terminals, and checked for parasitic draw. I honestly don't know what else to do. When checking for parasitic draw the battery when the car was "not alive" sat around where it's supposed to be 30 milliamps, and when it was running it was at around a good 14-14.5 volts. None of the fuses were blown or anything. I know I haven't checked the starter but I have a feeling that it isn't the starter as my friend who works on cars everyday said it doesn't seem like it is, and the car will actually start and be able to start after sitting for a day but not two (based on what I know a bad starter would cause the car to not start at all correct me if I'm wrong). There are also no noises or sounds coming from the starter when the car starts. I think it might be the alternator because I read this post that someone said they got their alternator bench tested and everything, and it passed but it was still bad and was causing their car to do the same thing mine is. After they replaced their alternator all the problems went away. Any advice??

How did you measure the parasitic draw?
After two days does the battery still have a charge? interior lights still work? Headlights open? Dash works?
If the battery is discharged there is a drain on it. If the battery is fully charged it's time to install a new solenoid contact kit in the starter.
The starter contacts are a common problem. They wear until they don't make a good connection anymore. Initially it happens infrequently. It gets worse until it won't start at all.
