After doing some work on the 93 over the weekend most of the interior lights will not work and I am at a loss at where to look next. The lights timed out however after we were done with the work they will now not come back on. I dont think anything we did would effect the interior lights.
Here is the condition
1. Only the lights on the HALO works when doors or hatch are open.
2. Under dash, door, and glove boy lights do not work with doors open, hatch, or light switch
What we were doing
1. Replaced radio and speakers
2. replaced halo lights with LED bulbs.
3. Removed seats and installed new seats.
Has anybody ran into this issue or have ANY idea what would be causing this condition?
Hi, I have same problem. I tried change dimming relay, cheked all 4 door switch and it is still same.
Today I found on web some advice about groud conection behind the radio. Maby it help. Will see
The problem ended up being a blown fuse due to the LED light in the footwell was touching both the metal leads in the housing. The LED bulbs were wider that the OEM style and would touch both leads.
