Default 1992 running rough

This car had been sitting in a guys yard since 2014
some one tried to steal it so I replaced the steering column and bypassed the vats. I finally got it running

what I’ve replaced
02 sensors
fuel filter
throttle body position sensor
mass airflow sensor
iac sensor
plugs and wires
fuel injectors
temp sensor

The guy said he had the dealer to replace the opti it still didn’t run right so he parked it and got another. It runs a whole lot better but it still feels like it’s lacking something any ideas?

Default Codes

I would check for any codes set in the computer. Then I would check the fuel pressure at the rail, at idle and see if holds after turning the car off. Should be 40psi or so. Tape it to the windshield, drive it and note the pressure. Remove the vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator, check for gas smell and or gas in the line.
Love the Black Rose Metallic Corvettes! Kevin

I love the color it needs some touch up that’s for sure. It does have a code C12 and a H32 I’ve looked up but I can’t find much info

There's just 1 and it's located on passenger side front of motor. The easiest way to remove it is to take the Ignition Control Module and Coil as a unit they are mounted on a mutual mounting plate it's not a bad idea to replace it at this time since it's totally at your fingers tips.
If the coil has never been done you will probably need to grind the rivets that holds it to the plate, the coil will come with long thin bolts in the box, but be sure to check for them at parts store
.
This guy is doing a Camaro only real difference is that Corvette is passenger side Camaro is driver side mounted

That's one of those loaded questions, there are those who can't help but to mess with things and by high priced preformance parts.
Personally go with the Ac Delco, just don't go the cheapest stuff from the box store there is a bit of you get what you pay for. A couple Dollars more at the parts store is cheaper then a Tow.

H32 is an egr code. Did you check all vacuum lines? How are the power brakes? A vacuum leak can also give you hard brakes as the power booster doesn't get enough vacuum.

my brakes are a little spongy but they stop good and there is one part where it looks like a air line could go but I didn’t find one anywhere

Vacuum lines and poor electrical connections are the usual cause of issues. Sort out the basics before firing the parts cannon.
