1992 bogs down

1992 bogs down
It starts right up and runs good I took it for a short drive earlier today and it ran perfect. I just tried to go for the store and I came to a red light whenever it was my time to go it bogged down when I gave it gas. It straightened out whenever I kept pumping the throttle. But any idea why it would bog down whenever I try to go?
The temp was around 180 when it started to bog down
I’ve replaced
-fuel pump and filter
-plugs and wires
-Icm and coil
-iac valve
-tb position sensor
-coolant sensors
-map sensor
-maf sensor
and a few more things I can’t think right off the top of my head
