Default Winter project. Complete.

Finally :) Tonight I did the first start since the upgrades. The car got all new engine seals, hot cam, new springs, new lifters, new waterpump, new oil pump, new opti, new spark plugs, new spark plug wires, new clutch, new main bearings, and ported heads. Turned the key and she started right up. No more oil leaks (so far). I'm just glad it started and didn't leak all the fluids all over the place. Still have to get rid of some exhaust leaks, blead the clutch a little more and should be ready to go for a test drive.

Oh, I think I'll go to the garage agin and start it up. I just love the sound with the hot cam :)

yeah, the tranny was a pain. I had the car on jack stands so there wasnt enough room to put the tranny on the tranny jack and slide it underneath. I had a friend of mine help me. We ended sliding the tranny underneath the car and then lifting it on a tranny jack. That took a lot of time and even more beer. Good luck.
