1984 Corvette Guage Cluster Issue

Hi there, for the better part of 3 months ive been fighting this gauge cluster issue. Attached to this post will be a video of the problem. It only starts to act up when the car is running. Ive checked the ground and power going to the cluster itself and everything seems fine. The only thing that doesnt make sense to me is the fact that it only does it while running. The randomness of it all is very hard to pin point the exact issue. Ive checked powers grounds and visually inspected all wiring. Battery is brand new and ive swapped alternators to a new one. Without watching your video i ask... have you checked the powersupply within the IP?

Ya one thing I forgot to add was the cluster was redone by batee
