Hey guys, I got a 1984 corvette with the crossfire injection, and my goal is to upgrade the power a little bit on the stock set up because I love that it’s such an oddball year. Anyways I already blocked off the EGR , deleted the cats and mutilated the smog pump so it all looks stock, but now I’m thinking of porting the intake manifold and getting some long tube headers to finish it off. Will I need any other upgrades to accompany this such as 86 fuel pump, new regulator, and new injectors etc? Also what’s the opinion on retrofitting an oil cooler?
Cool thanks, should I need bigger injectors? Or a different fuel regulator?
TBI Fueling (dynamicefi.com) don't need to change injector size. getting the fuel pressure to match the needs. porting intake manifold. after that, it all depends on how far ya want to go. the biggest restriction is the intake manifold runner itself.
