Did the blower motor stop? There is a resistor in the duct that controls the motor speeds that fails from time to time.

The fuse in the fuse panel has no power on either side. Like a fusiblew link is burned out. I need to look if I missed one. If the resistor burned out. Would I have power at the fuse? The fuse is not burned out

The car wouldn't run without power to the fuel pump, I'd suspect the tester. You should be able to hear the Fuel Pump prime when you turn the key to "on". Does the blower motor run when you apply 12 volts directly via the harness plug? Does the circuit tester work on known good circuits?

I understand what you are saying. Last night I started the car and tested the fuse. Car is RUNNING. The FP fuse did NOT have power. But, with the help of my handy dandy circuit tester I did find out what was wrong. Like I said a mechanic had removed all the fusible links and replaced them with a small marine fuse box. I like it check the fuses is easier than checking the fusible links at night. Be that as it may. I once again checked all the fuses in the box. I realized that what he did was cut the fusible link wires so he can use the ring on the end in the fuse box. I tested where the ling and the wire connected. No power. The fusible link had burned out. So I am replacing it tonight. I think that will resolve the electrical problem. Sorry for the long response. But, i want to be clear. Thank you for the help.

I still need to figure out how my FP is running without power at the fuse. Thanks again
