1984 C4 Oil
I recently changed the intake manifold on my 84 project car and need to change my oil in case of anything that may have fell through. I’ve been told that the 1984’s used a certain style cam and lifters that modern synthetic oil will chew up, and that a high zinc oil is needed on these older engines. Does anyone know what brand/kind of oil that should be used for this year engine? Or a high zinc 5W-30?
