Electric issue
My 89 Corvette. I have no radio, heater/AC and cigarette lighter power. so I broke out my handy dandy circuit tester. And checked every fuse in the panel. The fuel pump fuse has no power going to it. I even removed the fuse and put the tester in the holder. No power. I start the car. The car is running and the fuel pump fuse does not have any power. I'm thinking that it should have power. Oh and I used a bump button to see if it gets power on the start. It doesn't. So my thought is someone did something to the FP circuit. Correct?
I am going this weekend, OMG. pull the seats and get under the dash. I am thinking that. The power runs from the battery, key on, to the fuse and then to the FP relay and the FP.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
I do have a color wiring diagram. I just have not looked at it yet. Very tired the last couple of nights.
Thank you
