Default 1996 C4 LT4 Idle Problem

So this recently started after I left the car idling after some driving. The next day this is how it was running. If I drive the car, the RPM's will drop and the car will die unless I keep the throttle depressed. If I let it sit and idle this is how it acts. Looking for ideas on what this might be! so I can get it back up and drivable again.

Thank you in advance!

Since you have a 1996 car you can use a OBD2 scanner to read the sensor data to help trouble shoot things. I like the Bluetooth equipped scanners and a program like "Torque" running on an android device. You can also rent or loan a scanner at your FLAPS. That's the advantage of having a 1996 model. Live data shows things like the TPS, IAC command, O2 sensor readings.
If you are just going to try things look for a vacuum leak. Loose or cracked hoses. Check the fuel pressure and check the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line for gas leaking into it. Try the TPS or IAC.

I’d pull and clean IAC and seat and reinstall… could be sticking…

Most of what I have gotten from around everywhere is to check the FPR so I am going to get a FP tester and go from there. I will check the rest of these things too! Thank you!
