I've been having issues with the Digital odometer that displays speed and gas tank information. It glows but the LCD screen doesn't display anything. It worked intermittently for a while but now it has gone blank. I investigated the issue and put it back together and the LCD started to work for a little while but the tachometer is now choppy when it comes to reading. Currently, neither work even after I had installed a new LCD Ribbon cable and tachometer chip but neither has done anything. The same issue persists. I'd really rather not send the thing to batee because it's a bit pricy but I might have to. I've checked fuses, and the CCM, and both appeared to have no issues. Any advice and suggestions help.
I believe it was a mix between the LCD ribbon cable and some of the soldered joints on the wiring harness.

I also just took my dash apart and saw no obvious issues. Replaced the ribbon cable with the battee part and put it back together. Seems to be fixed while parked, time will tell how it handles vibration.
