Replace them all. You're removing the fuel rail anyway, and the potential of disturbing existing O-rings which have been there for decades (maybe) can induce a leak where you didn't have one before - especially when you put the injectors back down into the manifold. So in my view, replace all the O-rings on injectors and crossover pipes, rebuild your fuel pressure regulator, and replace all injectors.
I'd say it depends on the injectors. If you have multechs with shorting coils (low ohm reading), replace them all as others won't be far behind. If you have bosch and have damaged injectors, you can get away with replacing the faulty ones in a pinch. Regardless, definitely do all orings, fuel rail, and fpr diaphragm because they are old and will leak when disturbed. Personally, though, I replace them all unless funds are real tight.
I have no idea of the brand or age. There does not seem to be any signage on them. Prev owner mentioned his mechanic had to install new O rings but did not mention injectors. Anybody know if these are OE or brand?

I am having some issues as well and think it is the injectors. I will get resistance reading on them tonight. But what would the best replacement brand be? I've seen bosch III in a lot of places for these older cars.
I went with a company written about much here, https://fuelinjectorconnection.com/ and a set of Delphi flow matched units (new) but they have a Bosch rebuilt set very reasonable. Call their number and they can answer any questions you have.

i'd replace them with bosch 3"s from fuel injection connection (FIC) - Corvette, Camaro 1986-1992 22 LB | Fuel Injector Connection . no muss, no fuss, PLUG AND PLAY. done this a half dozen times over the years. (5X L98 corvettes and 1X 96 LT!. corvette).
