Default Stumble/Stall on Acceleration - Code 43

Hey all, back again with some more gremlins. 1985 L98 Corvette

Have been chasing an intermittent code 43- the knock sensor circuit- for quite some time now. Tonight I took the car out for a spin after adjusting the TPS (was around .6 volts, reset to .54) and replacing my fuel filter, as well as using regular pump gas instead of premium in case a lack of spark knock was triggering this code. Retorqued my knock sensor to 14 lb/ft as well*** My biggest symptom has been bad hesitation from a stop, and perhaps some lack of acceleration. After about an hour or so giving it full throttle from stops out and about, I was pleased that the car was running much better than before. However, the last light I decided to give it the juice on, it gave me a code 43 and STALLED! What gives!?

I understand the code 43 can be set on startup if it does not see any spark knock after advancing the timing, and can also be set after 196 degrees coolant temp. as it runs different tests. I had given it some gas well into the 200's at several stops with no bad results outside of normal throttle response time. It is worth noting that my gas tank was running into the quarter-full zone once this happened, if it could possibly be a fuel issue.

Next on my bucket list are setting ignition timing to the 6 degrees or 8, depending on how the car is currently set, and setting my IAC in case that has been giving me a bad time off of the stops.

Any ideas???
