Default high flow injectors

I bought a set of injectors (specs at bottom), and I’m planning to use them on a 1991 c4 that will have a new sbc 383 block, .495 / 0.5lift cam;220/224dur@0.05”; 1.5”ration rocker arms. 65cc chambers; 9.8:1 compression- but normal intake and exhaust, initially, but then will do some mods like tpis TB, maybe ported exhaust and large runners. high flow cats (100cpsi). I’m expecting about 280-300hp but the engine is rated 420hp in case is used with a carburetor. I’ve modified the bin file with the new injectors settings and displacement, also raised rpm to 1100 cold-950hot idle.
The question is, will the car be able to idle with these injectors?
currently I have the yellow bosch ones with 22lbs/h. I think these could be enough for the needs of this setup but I would try the green ones.
Another concern about the green ones is I guess in case of a limp mode the computer is calibrated for 22lbs. Not sure if to go straight for the green ones or go initially with the 22lbs version.

Coil Resistance: 12 Ohms
Spray Pattern: Dual Spray Wide Cone / Split Cone
Electrical Connector: EV1
Fitted with Viton upper and lower o-rings.
Static Flow Rate @ 43.5PSI (300kPa): 42 lb/hr

Applications:

Made for high pressure, harsh environment turbo & supercharged applications
Bosch 0 280 155 968 ( 0280155968 )

Just make sure you have the voltage offsets for those injectors-it makes it way easier to tune it-especially idle areas. I would go with the 42lbs inj. As for worrying about limp home mode-when you start down the road of mods it's not much use at a certain point.

I agree. Biggest mistake most people make is buying injectors without the proper injector data. You can't always rely on numbers from the internet. If you want it to run well and get acceptable gas milage there are several other tables in the bin file that will need to be changed. With those injectors any table with pulse width involved will spray almost twice as much fuel at the same pw setting. I went with 35lb/hr injectors and under acceleration it would fall flat and stumble with the stock tables. Way too much fuel. I had to reduce the AE to correct it. With a hotcam 118/128 and several years of tweaking the tune, I have an almost stock sounding idle @750 rpm's.

thank you,
I forgot to mention I have new latencies in the bin that I think are accurate enough (they were discussed on a forum). the concern is if the required pulse width is too low and the or injectors can’t handle it (for example poor spray pattern) it could run very rough, that’s why the zr1 uses two injectors per cylinder but maybe these bosch injectors are faster

It shouldn't be a problem for 42lbs. For example my Deka 60lb injectors have a minimum opening time of 1 msec. At idle with my 401 they are at 1.9 msec.
