Hi!!
I have got a corvette -88 aut. With headers, rollerrockers, fastpack and flowmaster exhaust.
Now I'm thinking about buying a supercharger.
I have decided to get a ATI procharger know the question i wich model i should get...the P600b with intercooler or the D1 please help me decide... tell me some of your experiances.
Will my engine and transmission hold if i get a supercharger or do i have to change something else???

I've had both on my vette....go with the D1SC or P1SC. It is quieter, has a better setup (trans), doesn't require tapping into the oil pan, and it makes more boost....make sure to ask for the x1SC or you'll wind up with one of te older D1s that are loud and are a parasite on the engine oil system.
The D1 is the blower you want but you won't get much more from it if you use the pos intercooler that ATI sells it won't flow as much as the P600 can make.
i got a D-1 not the D1sc and i am happy with it i really dont mind the tapping the oil pan makes for a consistant oil change and i love the loud blower! :D as for the Intercooler...i dont understand because i know guys running 11's at 6000feet above sea level with the stock intercoolers and mine do just fine?
As for costomer service...i have found out if you call them and you are nice you will get you what you want...be mean or cocky you will get no love!
