Default Painless Performance Harness

I have a 1995 c4 and I needed a new engine harness because it was destroyed by dogs from the previous owner. I’m a complete beginner but I’m on the very last bits of pulling it out and got a painless performance harness to replace it with a while back, because that’s what I saw everyone recommending. I believe I got the right one (Harness Here) but my grandpa says it might not work without the (I believe it’s called) c-100 bulkhead connector that goes through the firewall on the drivers side. I just need to know if I got the right harness, how it works without that connector, and also if it works with the stock computer (ecm? ecu?). Would be a bummer if it’s wrong considering how long it took to get it lol.

Ok...wait...backup. The engine wiring harness was destroyed by dogs? I would love to see a picture of that.

The painless harness is to run a hot rod with just the engine controls. Thee are additional wires going in and out of the PCM in your car that need to be accounted for. He is correct about the C-100 connector at the firewall. You would be better served finding a used harness and swapping it

Thanks for the info, I’ll try and find an original one somewhere.

Yep, they chased squirrels into the battery compartment. Not to mention the fender.

The harness was completely chewed through here and others tried to fix it unsuccessfully. There’s more places where the wires were cut and people used them to try and start the car which just made it worse. Can’t find them cause everything is a mess right now.

Dogs ate this fender alive. Fiberglass can’t feel good coming back out
