Default need some help with this one plz

I purchased a 1996 auto last week that was running rough. had a steady misfire and running extremely rich. I got codes P0336 P0131 p1351 & p1361.
I changed the spark plugs, wires, coil & ignition module started it up and it ran better but not perfect. still had a slight misfire. thinking it's probably old gas from the car setting I took it for a test drive. i let it warm up, drove about a mile and everything was going good when the engine shut off.
now the car won't turn over, the fuel pump is not running and i have no power to the odb2 port. I have a full battery, dash lights working and security light blinks, then cuts off when you turn the key. I can hear a relay in the dash when I turn the car to start. but nothing to the starter. I manually bumped the starter and it is fine. I checked the pin out for the ecm/pcm and I'm getting power & ground but no power to the fuel pump relay. brake switch and neutral safety switch is working.

could this be a faulty pcm/ecm ? maybe vats related somehow ? I've reached my limits and need some help with this one. thanks guys

Did you clear codes after 1st repair? Are there any new codes?

The fuel pump should only run couple of seconds to prime then off until start. Does it do this?

sounds like starter circuit might be best place to start. Car should crank even with other issues, can you share what you mean by bump the starter?
