Default ‘95 Engine Harness Removal

I’ve got a 1995 where the harness has been destroyed so we’re replacing it. Every connection that I know of and could get to is undone and I’m trying to get it out now, but the harness is stuck behind the engine (I got the ones from the dash). Would it be easier to remove the engine entirely to get it out? It’s an old car that’s new to me and sat for a long time so I’m sure other work could be done while it’s out, but if it’s unnecessary I’d rather not. I’ve been looking at diagrams and such but I don’t know what I don’t know, so I can’t find it. (Im also new to this entirely, but I have friends who could help me remove the engine if need be.)

Have you jacked the car up and undone the several connections underneath?
On the left side of the engine, above the oil filter, is a ground connection that has the battery ground cable and 3 smaller ring terminal grounds. Be careful undoing this large bolt, as you are very close to the oil temperature sensor. A slip of the wrench will break the sensor.
Also on the left side, there are 3 or 4 ring terminal grounds that attach to the engine/transmission housing.
On the right side, the transmission dip stick tube on my 95 captured some of the harness, but that could have been from the previous owner and not factory routing.

forgot to respond to this, but I have been under the car and undone the connections (although I found a few more the latest time I went under). Thanks for pointing out the grounds, I got those undone. All I can see under the car right now is the connection above the oil pan that I can barely reach and can’t get out for the life of me. How would I find some sort of map or diagram to where every connection under the car is at? It’s not fun to look for them because dirt is well… dirty.

Not sure if 94 and 95 are the same, but here is a pic of the ground sites on my 94.
