Could you recommend me a torque converter??
And a good stall speed for my application. My car is mostly stock, and will probably be that way for a while, i am planning on doing the superram and 219 cam but its gonna be 6 months or a year before i am done saving up for it :nonod: and i have to drive it every day so, nothing really radical, just somethin to help me to burn the competition just a little bit more....... :reddevil

Vigilante with about a 2400-2600 stall would do.

GM p/n 24202310. It's the one that Vic'89 recommended to me and I love it! Stall is around 2500. $175 plus $35 core from Jeff Kopp. :thumbs:

am i actually going to "feel' a difference with this converter? I know they are supposed to help you launch harder (right?) but how about when i am going say 45mph and decide to stab it.......
