Default Question on Injector Offset Table

94 LT1

I have new injectors with corresponding voltage offset data, however the data I have is far fewer datapoints than what is in the Injector Offset vs Battery Voltage table. So, how do I update the table? I can do the math to find what some of the midpoints should be, but I just don’t know if that is the right way. I get that some of the data points in the table are useless, like everything below 10v and above 16v. Chances are, it’ll never see that voltage. I’m sure the most important and referenced values are something in the 11-15v range.

for a visual, this is the table, that has 32 voltage datapoints.

and this is the V offset data available with the injectors, 8 datapoints.

Fill in the data you have at the corresponding voltage points in the PCM table. Then linear interpolation for the rest.

Looks like all the words got lost when I added the pic to my post. Let’s try again…

First off, thank you ULTM8Z. I appreciate the shared knowledge regarding the injectors in this and other posts.

hoping you might take a look at what I came up with as this is my first go around with injector offsets. Highlight is the know values, non highlights what I filled in. Graphed it as well as the stock table. Different curves but I think expected.

I used to have an Excel spreadsheet that I got from a tuning site years ago that allowed you to copy and paste all your injector data and it would mathematically fill in the gaps. It worked really well. I might have found that on the HPTuners forum but I'm not sure. Since I started using Holley stuff I haven't needed it. But either way I always just calculated what the missing data point should be and it worked fine.

It looks reasonable to me.
