Mike, this may be true, but I would think that it would be just the opposite, due to the extra load at an idle that the auto puts on the motor. My car idles at 900 rpm's

I do think that you are correct about the 306 being hard to pass emissions. I don't think that it is impossible, but it will take a lot of tuning. Where I am located, I don't have to worry about emissions.. :cheers: :seeya

There are a few little things I need to check on and then I need to get some dyno tuning time. Thanks for the compliment. I think that was a 1.59 60' in that pic. :D Yeah, I haven't really done anything to mine in a while, I just have been enjoying driving it........ :cheers:
