Turn Signal 1990 C4 Automatic Base Model

My left turn signal stopped working. the right turn signal works fine, no problem. I checked it out and noticed that when the car is running, The left turn signal light in the dash is on constant, no blinking. The side marker, left front side is on constant. The left rear turn signal is on constant, without me turning the signal on.
Can anyone tell me what their fix was if they had this same issue. Thanks

Some have posted, with video, that the turn signal flasher is in the dash behind the climate control. Others have stated that the turn signal flasher is under the kick panel on the passenger side of the car. Still, others show the signal light flasher to be on the driver side under the kick panel.
So, for the 1990 C4 Corvette, where is the signal light flasher? Thanks, folks

I tried to upload a screenshot from my '90 factory service manual illustrating this but the upload freezes at 90% upload for some reason.
Not messing around with that Mickey Mousery if it's not gonna work right, so you'll just have to take my word for it.
I've relpaced that flasher on my 90.
It's on the driver side under the panel.
So far as the slow blinker on one particular side goes, there are a few different possibilities as to why.

Thank you all for your creative solutions. My presumption was the flasher. I just did not know where it was in the car. One Youtube video content creator revealed this, and I went in.
My turn signal defect was the flasher. I had a spare, installed it, and the turn signals are working again.
Solution, replace the turn signal flasher.
