Bose problem
When i power up my Bose the antenna goes up and the pannel lights up but sound does not always come from speakers unless I turn the stereo on and off a few times. Then if I turn the folume up past 1/3 the sound starts to cut out at any of the speakers. With the power on and the system working, if the door is opened the sound goes off, then when the door is closed the sound comes back on. Also the rear courtsey lights dont seem to work right. I have already replaced both relays by the CDM (behind the passenger seat). Is there another relay for the door light delay? What does it look like and where can I find it? Any help would be great.

sounds like are radios are related. when i turn on my bose no music plays for the first 1-10 minutes.this relay thing sounds like my problem solver. let me know if you cure it's illness!!! :mad :confused:

your question about the bose amp relay answerd my stereo problem. my bose was acting very similar. jim also enlightend me on where to look on my 86 coupe for my relay. i got that son of a b!!!h out of there ,popped it open,cleaned the points with some 200 grit,resealed,re-installed and everything is groovy again. it sounds like you may have the same problem. good luck!! :D
