Am i correct in assuming 43.5psi is factory base fuel pressure, and that to adequately lock in a solid base fuel pressure, while engines off, unplug the line going TOO the regulator, and plug it. Now, start engine, and set 47 PSI (I'm bumping it up 3.5psi), once my gauge reads 47psi, Tighten lock nut, and shut engine off, re-attach regulators vacuum source, and!! Voilą!!!
