Corvette wont start

Corvette wont start
1. The fuse that connects to my turn signal continuously blows and I am constantly putting in new fuses up to multiple times a day.
2. Most recently the car wont start, when I go to start it the dash will light up but no start. The security light also continues to flash at a steady pace as if it hasn't been disengaged.
3. Don't know if it is related but when turning the key when the accelerate is on the antenna comes up but the moment I go to start it the antenna goes back down as if the car is turning off.
Roughly six months ago a new battery was put in the car.

#3 isnt related. When the key is in 'Start' power is removed from the radio which sends the antenna down.
For the perfectionists out there.... power may not specifically be 'removed' from the radio but it does shut down during Start. If it is a factor of the voltage drop causing it to shut down, so be it.

For #2, by start do you mean there is no motion to the enigine? The starter motor isnt moving, not even a clicking noise as if it is trying?
if so, that might be your VATS system disabling the starting.... which might be related to #1
