Degrading idle
I've been chasing a degrading idle on my 95 LT1 for a few years now... and could use some new ideas. An example of the idle degradation is when stopped at stoplight. It idles very nicely for 15-30 seconds. Then what seems like a misfire occurs. The longer I sit at the light, the more frequent the misses become. The problem is more pronounced in gear, but also happens in neutral. This issue has follow the engine through a rebuild, new optispark, plugs, wires, coil, injectors, fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, fuel pump, etc. No lights or anything in scans. Aside from the idle issue, that engine runs fantastic which is why I more focused on solving this idle degradation now.
