I just received the new radiator. Peeking in through the open box the quality looks top notch.
I am slowly gathering up all the hoses. For the install this fall.

I had a feeling you would say that. Are you really saying you just peeked at it and did not pull it out to look? I could never do that. I would just have to look at it naked and out of the box. Dan

I opened the box and removed the packing.
I could get a good look lol.

Where did you find the longer screws?

I found them at the local Ace Hardware. If you have a Fastenal near by they would have them also. Dan

bolt size for use with spacer

ok so it looks like the OE screws were M6-1.0 25mm and what you need is a M6-1.0 30mm or M6-1.0 35mm. I did not find any when the unremovable washer like OE, but washers are cheep.

Oh, I should have been more clear. I never found any with the unremovable washer. Just the right size with a washer. Dan

I had to trim the housing around the trans cooler line also. Hole saw, hack saw and a little filing and all was good. The DeWitts tranny line connector is lower than the factory one.
