Yes I'm going to say I don't like the PF52E filter. I'm sure it's probably fine and if you put one on your car you probably don't need to run out and rip it off. I've read how it is different from the PF52 but what I don't like is the way the threads are inset way behind the gasket. You don't get very much thread engagement before the gasket contacts and then of course you get a little more when you tighten the filter. There is about 100% chance that the thread engagement is adequate. I just like a filter that spins on a few more turns before the gasket touches. Maybe a Purolator PL24011.
