My check engine light has been on, and the car has been running rough. I was able to figure out by using the paperclip that I have bad 02 sensor. My question is, is there any way to figure out what sensor is bad?
My garage does not have the OBD1 scanner so they tell me they have no way of knowing which sensor to replace.

First question is What year is the car the early years I believe there is only 1
Not to mention 02 sensor is a ware item, it doesn't cost a fortune and isn't a nightmare to replace

it’s a 94 convertible. I believe it has more than one sensor
When my O2 went out, I also had a “driver side lean” code being thrown. Do you have any other codes?
If they have been in there a long time, they will be a huge PIA to change
Your 94 may have 3 oxygen sensors (mine did). One on each bank upstream of the catalytic converters and a single one on one bank, post converter.
Replace the upstream sensors, they are the only ones that matter for fueling. As others have said, no sense in doing one - replace both. The single downstream sensor won’t even throw a code if it is missing altogether. I wouldn’t bother replacing that one.
