Default EZ Jack Adapter

I ran accross a diagram a few weeks ago on an EZ Jack Adaptor made by a member before he retired. I just built this one and this thing is brilliant, It works perfectly! Does anyone know if the guy who designed it is still on this forum? Mr. Gadget?

Looks like this used to be sold on a website called "CorvetteGadgetman"...which is gone. I also found reference to it being sold at Corvette Central: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...k-a-vette.html

The link is also bad. If you're asking due to question of conflict -- to make them again -- my first guess is to say that person must be gone....at least out of the picture?

While on this subject, I might ask why people don't jack the back end by placing jacks under the frame rail just before the wheels on both sides? (I haven't had exhaust pipes running under my pumpkin for 15yrs so I haven't thought about that much..and I'm considering rerouting [back] to traditional configuration). It might help me decide if I really want to do that when I hear how necessary it is -- to jack on the differential?

I have one of the jack adapters from the Gadget Man. Bought it almost 20 years ago.

The convertible x brace makes lifting the frame in front of rear wheels difficult.

That's neat. What are the dimensions of that section of I-beam?
