Hello, thank you all for your help. I believe my ECM is failing, and I am not quite sure where to start. The car starts fine when it's completely cold, and then runs fine ish for about a minute before running erratically and misfiring like hell. When it's running fine, I can lightly tap on the center of the ECM, and nothing will happen. Once it starts acting up, if I tap on the ECM, it bogs harder and can even stall completely. When this happens, the speedometer reads wildly incorrect speeds (even when parked), the service engine light flashes, and the security light flashes. I sent the ECM to G7, and they did not find anything wrong with it, although I find it very hard to believe that it is not the ECM when considering the whole tapping thing. I hear a hissing sound at times when it is idling and it sounds like the IAC to me. The car has also recently began to run very rich, to the point my oil dipstick pretty much brings up exclusively fuel. I replaced my distributor, spark plug wires, alternator, and battery, and it still does this. It happened after the car refused to start (starter solenoid went) and I had to tow it home with a rope and a buddy's truck. There were a few times the rope slacked and then yanked on the frame pretty hard, could this have caused something in the ECM to break loose or off? The car will pretty much stay running once it starts having issues IF I can get it started, but then it smells like fuel in the garage and puts such bad fumes in the air that my eyes burn. Where do I start? Thanks.
Also, the previous owner put 1,000 miles on it since 2013, until I bought it a couple months ago. I've put a few hundred miles on it since, and it just started doing this out of nowhere after I replaced the starter. The last time it ran before that it was completely fine.
