Hooker Y pipe defect

Hooker Y pipe defect
About 4 years ago, I put on Hooker long tubes and their Y pipe. The Y pipe was defective in that it angled down at the back. My mechanic had to angle the cat down at the front. The end effect is that the cat is 2 to 3 inches lower than it should be.
Has anyone purchased the same set up recently and had it fit properly?
I am thinking of buying another Y pipe and am hoping that Hooker fixed their jig. I have heard of other customers with the same problem.

HeyCarl90, what is the part number for the y-pipe? I bought a set of 2151's and will need the Y-pipe soon.

Hooker part number 16720.
Summit racing part number - HOK-16720. Price $135.
It is bare, so I'd recommend sending it out to get it ceramic coated. Actually, I had mine nickel plated. It still looks good.
I am real happy with the headers. Nice fit, no flange leaks, and nice quality.

It is bare, so I'd recommend sending it out to get it ceramic coated. Actually, I had mine nickel plated. It still looks good.
I am real happy with the headers. Nice fit, no flange leaks, and nice quality.
