Hello guys!
Just recently picked up a '92 that was pretty fine mechanically. However, the Bose head unit is completely unresponsive except when pressing the "EJECT" and "SET" buttons.
The light above "CrO2" button remains lit no matter what other button is pressed. I tried sliding a CD in and it did not take it in. The clock still seems to progress relatively normally.
I'm quite new to this and unsure how to proceed. Does anyone know what I can do to diagnose the issue and fix it?
I attached a video to showcase my predicament.

Just got done working on my radio in my 1994. The Bose unit is very problematic. My problem was actually the radio itself which sits behind the passenger seat. Lift out the storage tray and you will find the guts of the radio. The dash unit is just a "head" unit. Not the radio. Best to contact : Doctor Don's audio out of Texas. Phone# 936-435-1811. You can do the work yourself. It just takes patience. Good luck, Hdu4ea
