Port and polish the upper and lower intakes, add a set of heads similar to AFR 195’s, a bigger cam shaft and a set of long tube headers. This will eliminate the front 2 catalytic converters and run dual pipes through an x pipe to your choice of mufflers. If you want to deeper than the top end rebuild have the cylinders bored .030 over and you will have a 355 that will be pretty potent. If you still want to go further swap out the crank shaft and make a 383 stroker out of it. All this cost money and it is up to you and your pockets how fast and powerful you want it to be.
