Tach filter
Ok so i did a search and found where the tach filter is and i found it on my car. little black box 3 white wires. What do I do to it to make my msd work right??

If memory serves cut it out and reconnect the wires and resolder and heatshrink them............OR you can bypass it with a piece of wire from one end to the other (T-tap into wire and run another wire directly to the MSD), either way involves removing the filter from the tach line.

The way its hooked up on mine, the white wires are cut and spliced together. The black wire is still going into the black thing, and its just taped there, doing nothing. My tach works fine with the MSD hooked up (however, my MSD is loud as hell, so something must be wrong, and its not connected now)
