Good afternoon, y'all. I picked up an '86 C10 with a slightly hot rodded (cam, comp rockers, etc., nothing too serious) LT4 in it a while back and am running into some pretty significant oil consumption issues, oil on plugs, etc. Since I'm kind of an all or nothing guy, instead of doing a piece meal reseal, I'm thinking about just pulling it, doing a ring/seal job on it.
My question is - is there a comprehensive list of all the gaskets/seals (outside of obvious ones like, intake/exhaust/head/valve/etc) I would need out there? I tried doing a search, but didn't come up with a lot.
Felpro gasket set: HS9966PT2
This covers what you mentioned.
Outside of that -
Timing cover gasket set (this includes the front main seal FYI)
Rear main seal
water pump gaskets
Shellac for the water pump bolts
Oil pan gasket
RTV for front and rear of intake manifold
That should be it.

I would also pull the rod and main caps to check bearing wear, if worse than expected just throw new bearings in. My LT4 with 83k miles had worse bearing condition than I was expecting.
Only other thing I can advise, is do NOT use the intake gaskets that come with the Felpro kit. Get the GM Performance 12367777 gasket. It is the only one that does not block the intake ports.
Got it, thanks for the feedback on the gaskets/kit. If I end up pulling it & doing a reseal it'll get ARP throughout and absolutely new bearings. For the relatively minimal cost it give peace of mind.
