96 No Start Easy Fix-Once Discovered.

Added gas because it was very low but no help. Couldn't hear fuel pump energize when key was turned on and found no fuel pressure in the injector rail. Checked fuel pump fuses, all okay. Pulled fuel pump from tank to test plus I wanted to see the inside condition of tank and check the sock. All good and pump bunch tested ok. Reinstalled pump.Went to check OBD2 codes and the reader would power up but wouldn't connect to system. Googled this issue and one cause is no power to ECM. Checked ECM fuse and discovered it was MISSING. Car ran great before I started my radio project so I was really perplexed at this point. Tight fit in my garage so the passenger door wouldn't open completely so observation/access to fuse panel was changelling. I must of somehow dislodged the fuse when pulling the others for checking because I found the ECM fuse on the floor. Popped it back in and the LT4 roared back to life.
